Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Sales Channel Specialist to join our international sales team. This role is focused on the development and management of overseas distribution channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in channel development, strategic sales planning, and international account management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand distribution channels in new and existing international territories
• Identify and evaluate potential partners in targeted markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and key accounts
• Collaborate with distributors to create and implement annual sales and marketing strategies
• Conduct regular forecast planning and performance reviews with partners
• Support distributors in sales training, technical training, and after-sales support coordination
• Coordinate internal resources to support international market demands
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in various regions
• Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and market analysis
• Participate in global trade shows, business trips, and customer visits as required
• Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth order and shipment processes
• Provide feedback to R&D and product teams based on market and customer input
• Assist in setting annual sales targets and monitoring progress toward goals
1. Provide support to customers with products and sales services, respond to customer needs immediately and provide professional responses.
2. Actively develop new customers and cooperate with the implementation of customer data filing.
3. Take the initiative to care for customers and actively improve customer satisfaction, and maintain the relationship with the customers. Obtain market information and improve the cooperation with the customer.
4. Provide regional / country market data analysis, customer data statistics and analysis. Provide sales plans and strategies
5. Achieve the assigned sales target.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

【Additional qualification】 :
● In addition to being proficient in English, proficiency in another foreign language.
● Basic understanding of car modification.
● Those who have engaged in exhaust system and wheel sales, automobile industry or related auto parts manufacturers are preferred

2. RFP/RFI/RFQ (quote preparation, price negotiation, design and cost study)
3. Bring up and execute business strategy to achieve annual revenue & profit target
4. Manage NPI program and monitor sample schedule

1.Present and sell switch products and services to current and potential customers.
2.Conduct required market survey and marketing plan to support sales growth.
3.Develop and manage the distribution network, including overseeing and enhancing
distribution channel performance.

1、輸入、處理並追蹤客戶訂單(Enter, process and track customer orders.)
2、將訂單資料備存(Archive backup of order data 【trade system】.)
3、聯繫及協客戶與工廠的訂單問題,確認交貨期(歐洲線)(Contact and coordinate customer and factory order issues, confirm delivery time.)
4、提供出貨文件,協助業務人員控管出貨(Provide shipping documents to assist business personnel to control shipments)
5、供應商管理、詢價、議價、驗收及問題反應作業(Supplier Management, Inquiry, Negotiation, Acceptance and Inquiry and Response.)
6、確認交期安排(Confirm delivery schedule.)
7、國際展覽企劃及申請、參與(International exhibition planning and application, participation in planning and coordination of marketing activities.)
8、既有客戶客情維繫(Existing customer relationship maintenance: price negotiation, customer complaint return.)
9、相關產業訊息收集(Collection of relevant industry information and intelligence.)
10、相關文件管理(Report and document file production, compilation, sending and receiving and management.)
11、處理一般業務行政作業(Handling general business administration and general affairs.)
12、訪客接待(Visitor reception.)
13、其他主管交辦事項(Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.)
