Job Mission
Represent manufacturing and act as gatekeeper from manufacturing to D&E function
Add value in overall manufacturing processes such as forming, machining, joining, and assembling

Contribute to the solution of faults and takes the necessary initiatives and practical decisions to ensure zero repeat
Identify gaps and drive assigned process improvement projects and successful delivery
Initiate and drive new procedure changes and projects
Develop and maintain networks across several functional stakeholders
Prioritize works and projects based on business situation
Transfer knowledge and train colleagues on existing and newly introduced products
Education
Master degree in technical domain (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics)
Experience
3-5 years working experience in design engineering

1. Develop support-related training materials and hardware/software tools.
2. Attend tradeshows and conferences to provide an expert technical presence for Basler
3. Work closely with the Sales Team in Taiwan and provide product and technical support services to a wide range of our distributor and clients
4. Troubleshoot customer problems via phone, email, remote-access tools and visits
5. Take ownership of customer support cases and follow them through to resolution
6. Debug customer’s source code and write tailored code samples to ease their
learning curve
7. Follow all company guidelines related to processes, record-keeping and others
8. Contribute to technical marketing projects such as self-learning with new products, application notes, webinars, seminars, training, etc.
