Main Responsibilities
1. Answer all phone inquiries and direct them to the right department/person.
2. Petty cash/ payment management and various department support.
3. Ensure key facilities are well maintain and presentable to visitors.
4. Greet and provide support for interviewees, company guests, and key executives.
5. Update company phone extension list on monthly basis.
6. Support oversea employees for travel arrangements, including accommodation and airport transfer.
7. Other tasks assigned.
