We are hiring a Brand & Marketing Manager to lead brand and marketing efforts across Amazon and DTC channels. This role drives full-funnel campaigns—managing creatives and partners to execute content, ads, social, influencer programs, and product launch assets. Reporting to the Director of E-commerce and Growth Marketing, you’ll ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and align marketing with product, merchandising, and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand & Campaign Leadership
• Own the brand narrative, voice, and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints
• Lead development of the integrated marketing calendar in coordination with product, merchandising, and eCommerce teams
• Direct creative development and execution of seasonal, promotional, and product launch campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency and creative alignment across Amazon and DTC platforms
2. Content & Creative Oversight
• Manage an internal team of designers and content creators
• Oversee creative execution across web, email, social, Amazon, and paid media
• Define and enforce visual standards across product categories and platforms
• Collaborate with product and merchandising teams to align photoshoots, asset creation, and launch timelines
• Own the quality and consistency of product presentation, including PDPs, photography, copy, and video
3. Social, Influencer, and Affiliate Marketing
• Lead organic social content strategy and execution
• Develop and manage influencer and affiliate programs, including partner selection and performance tracking
• Coordinate messaging and asset usage across owned and partner channels
• Ensure alignment with campaign strategy and brand tone
4. Digital Advertising Coordination
• Define advertising strategy across Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads
• Manage execution through agency and freelance partners
• Oversee creative briefs, testing cadence, and performance feedback loops
• Ensure advertising efforts support both Amazon and DTC growth goals
5. Cross-Functional Execution
• Align closely with the Digital Commerce & Inventory Manager to ensure campaign timing matches inventory, promotional, and margin objectives
• Coordinate with supply chain and finance to ensure readiness of product and budget visibility
• Serve as the lead marketing contact across departments for launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives
• Drive internal clarity on timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations
