1. Providing technical support for customers about wireless communication portfolio
2. Co-work with Solution Manager to penetrate vertical market technology
3. Assist system evaluation laboratory layout and construction in industrial control system
4. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems on wireless and wire networks
5. On-site support customers in emergency situation
6. Be knowledgeable and proactive on communicating to R&D about customer issues and observations during issue replication.
7. Manage support cases to ensure customer issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are finished in a timely manner
8.Prepare and deliver training sessions for customers

2. Support to possess the discipline of planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals within set timeframes by integrating internal teams.
3. Support end-to-end project execution and manage training, resources, expenses, schedules, relationships, and site management with a deep understanding of the business environment.
4. Ensure project delivery with high quality and client satisfaction under guidance, including actions such as arranging regular meetings, ensuring contract compliance, and handling documentation and reporting.
5. Be familiar with tools and systems for managing internal and external data with proper process management, facilitating informed decisions to different parties, and enhancing operational excellence under guidance.
6. Timely feedback and operation to general problems, and providing solutions.
7. Proficient in job-related knowledge and skills, and having well presentation and problem solving and analysis ability.
<Responsibilities>
• Work with sales, target customers, system integrators, technology partners to get the latest market trends to define Smart Community Solution market requirements and forward-looking product strategy.
• Convert market requirements into product requirements.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to come up with user experience design.
• Define the product roadmap with milestones down to quarter level.
Write user stories to communicate to engineering build expectations
• Plan GTM strategy together with the product marketing team.
• Create and deliver product training materials to enable internal/external partners.
• Customer engagement with the worldwide sales and BDM team.
<Your background>
• Experience in product management or related disciplines, with applied knowledge of software-related business models for energy management, surveillance or building automation application.
• 3 years in Product Management experience in Enterprise Class Software.
• Knowledge of User experience (UX), design thinking and/or commercial understanding.
• Ability to translate the marketing trend into clear value proposition.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or/and Master of Business Administration degree/ equivalent product management degree preferred.
