• Create a detailed project Execution Plan including goals & deliverables.
• Monitor project Progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Manage Budgeting and Forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.
• Ensuring that project deliverables meet Quality standards and client expectations.
• Team Management. Assembling and leading project teams, delegating tasks, and fostering collaboration. Allocating and managing resources (human, financial, material) effectively.
• Project Closure. Ensuring proper documentation, handover, and evaluation of project outcomes.
• To direct and manage the performances of responsibilities delegated to the subordinate staff employed in the Project.
• Monitoring and Control. Tracking project progress against plans, identifying deviations, and taking corrective actions.
• To maintain professional relationships with Owner, Client, Consultant and Local Authorities.
• To monitor performance of subordinate staff employed in project and to identify deficiency and initiate both training on and off site for the staff development.
• Good morale promotion, team spirit, industrial relations and enforce discipline where necessary.
1. First year to learn with a senior sale and assist him/her to meet the sales target and create new opportunities and meet personal sales target as established.
2. Plan, prepare, maintain and evaluate customer contacts.
3. Report results of customer and past & future activities to supervisor on a regular basis.
4. Build contacts with customer and identify and influence decision makers / opinion leaders.
5. Build contacts with consultancy and technical bureaus to obtain best possible support, within his/her geographical area of responsibility.
6. Monitor and observe markets (competitors, customer needs, etc.).
7. Coordinate internal and external communication.
8. Coordinate sales and services activities with internal and external organizations where related to customers in his/her geographical area of responsibility.
9. Promote and plan customized BV service proposals for different kinds of client.
10. Ensure consultative sales (supported by services).
11. Help developing and possibly implementing sales-stimulating activities (for example direct mail, advertisement, telemarketing, seminars and conventions).
12. Support the development of existing sales information systems as well as sales information.
