Purpose of this Position:
Moxa IT is a professional information technology team to handle business application systems and IT infrastructure globally. We are looking for creative & self-motivate talent to join as to build up world class business platform. The candidate should equip with solid technology background and rich experience. Hands-on experience for large scale business application implementation upon either cloud or on-premised is also the key criteria.
An IT application manager has a strong understanding of HR relevant information system (such has PeopleSoft, Taleo…etc), involves a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and project management skills to ensure that solutions align with business objectives and enhance overall efficiency.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
1 Project Execution (PM)
1.1 協助並主導與專案團隊及使用者的討論,定義現況(As-Is)與目標(To-Be)業務流程, 透過具成本效益的 IT 解決方案實現業務成功,解決業務問題。
1.2 管理專案符合目標,時程,預算等,主導並協助使用者驗收測試,提供使用者培訓。
1.3 與業務團隊溝通並更新專案進度。
1.4 回報專案執行成效、開發品質及問題解決的服務水準協議(SLA)相關指標。
2 Solution Design and Implementation
2.1 領導跨團隊系統分析和開發, 負責HR相關平台,(PeopleSoft, Taleo,…etc), 分析使用者需求,進行系統分析、架構設計與開發團隊完成程式開發撰寫, 並確保專案達到需求和目標
2.2 進行可行性評估、時程安排、進度控管以及專案文件之撰寫
2.3 熟悉IT應用系統功能、異質系統資料串接以及商業流程以及系統觀。與其他異質系統整合與架構規劃,提升各系統的資料之即時性、正確性與完整性
3 System Administration
3.1 系統上線後維護與持續改善的責任,相關系統的日常維運、升級與優化。
3.2 規劃並執行人力資源系統專案(如系統導入、功能擴充、資料整合等)。
3.3 使用者日常作業支援
3.4 主動分析和評估現有IT系統和流程,識別改進機會,提高效能和效率。
3.5 定期檢視系統權限與資安設定,確保符合公司政策與法規要求。

Duties
1. Lead, coach and develop SAP team to High-Performance Team
2. Build strong collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation
3. Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions
4. Ensure timely support for incidents, service requests, and change requests
5. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, propose solutions, and drive process improvements through SAP
6. Work closely with regional and global IT teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and strategy
7. Manage vendor relationships for SAP services and coordinate external resources when necessary
8. Monitor system performance, plan upgrades, and coordinate maintenance activities
9. Prepare and manage the SAP-related IT budget and resource planning

Functional skills and knowledge:
• Strong knowledge of core SAP modules and integration points
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership

2、規劃與優化 ERP(SAP)、MES、EDI、BPM 及其他系統的整合與升級路線
3、制定並落實資安政策,包含網路安全、存取控制、資料保護,確保 IT 系統符合國際及地方法規(如 GDPR、ISO 27001 等)
4、與製造、供應鏈、財務、銷售等部門密切合作,提供 IT 解決方案
5、制定年度 IT 預算並監控執行狀況
