Position: Merchandising Manager (Experienced)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end merchandising operations (factory to retail).
Develop seasonal merchandise plans aligned with sales targets and customer demand.
Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely production and delivery.
Manage product assortments, pricing strategies, and retail displays to maximize sales.
Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to drive profitable decisions.
Collaborate with marketing and retail teams for seasonal campaigns and promotions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Fashion, or related field.
Experience:
10+ years of proven experience in merchandising, buying, or product planning.
Strong background in factory-side coordination and retail execution.
Experience handling seasonal customer requirements (e.g., fashion, lifestyle, consumer goods).
Leadership Skills:
Team management experience.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with production, sales, and marketing.
