Job Description:
1. Average 20-24 or more teaching hours a week.
2. Co-teach with Taiwanese teachers and work with students ages from 6 to 18.
3. Prepare daily lesson plans according to GES curriculum; review and provide feedback on students' writing assignments for advanced classes
4. Plan and conduct Student Learning Showcase for families; prepare written progress report.
5. Act as a substitute teacher when needed
6. Participate in paid new teacher training, class observation, and teaching workshops

We are looking for a Teacher Trainer. You will:
• present Orientation and Workshops;
• produce teaching resources, such as training films;
• proofread English documents;
• act as an English consultant for local training staff.
• visit branch schools
Key Responsibilities:
Execution of internal communications and initiatives to increase team member engagement in Taiwan (70%)
1. Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with Company’s goals and values through the internal communication channels, including intranet, digital signage and team member engagement campaigns.
2. Work seamlessly with Taiwan frontend and backend senior leaders for the prioritization of site communication initiatives per site leaders’ goal and local business needs.
3. Partner with cross-functional team, including but not limited to HR, PMO to support employee experience and culture campaigns.
4. Create engaging content for internal channels and take the lead in managing Company’s country-level internal communication platform, such as Company site page / local digital signage
5. Be the brand consultant to local site function teams and assist local site function teams to align corporate brand guidelines via coordinating with Asia creative hub
6. Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communications and recommend improvements.
7. Work closely with Country Communication Manager to manage local issues and crisis communication
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
Support external communication initiatives to reinforce Company’s branding presence in Taiwan (30%)
9. Support the creation of external messaging, including but not limited to country messaging, interview outline and briefing book.
10. Contribute to executive communications, event materials, and branding assets as needed.
Qualifications:
1. 3 years related working experience in marketing communications, public relations, social media, digital marketing or digital advertising roles, either in-house or at an agency is a plus
2. Fluent English proficiency and excellent copywriting skills
3. Have clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix
4. Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
