What your day-to-day will look like:
• Client/Stakeholder Management
• Mailroom Services
• Procurement & Vendor Management
• Finance Management -assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Health & Safety Management -conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures
on site are in place and working, assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed
• External/Internal Visitor Management
• Management Systems (VMS)
• Site Operations Management
• Frontline and helpdesk for user services/experience
• Ad Hoc responsibilities assigned by the Site Service Manager
• Risk Management
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets
