We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team and monitor all recruitment and selection functions.
HR Recruiter's responsibilities include maintaining updated employee records and ensuring error free and seamless process while coordinating with concerned stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation.
Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.
【Main Responsibilities】
•Handling full life cycle of recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitate offer process, post offer engagement) and independently facilitate timely delivery of complex projects, issues, challenges encountered.
•Maintaining updated employee records related to full life cycle of HR services and ensuring error free and seamless process while coordinating with concerned stakeholders.
•Enabling employee relations, promoting engagement (employer branding initiative, employee engagement event), providing coaching and development program to HIPO, and supporting various global HR initiatives across the organization in compliance with TCS policies and procedures.
•Supporting any other duties or logistics requested by HR Manager.

1.業務開發及範圍:
a. 負責華康珍藏字型、單套授權字型及崁入式字型銷售。
b. 客戶企業開發與通路開發經營。
c. 業務接洽、報價與合約簽訂。
d. 定期回報業務進展。
e. 主管交辦之公務。
2. 客戶關係管理:
a. 建立並維護與關鍵客戶的良好關係,確保客戶滿意度。
b. 積極蒐集客戶反饋,並根據客戶需求提供解決方案。
3. 產品介紹與推廣:
a. 具備獨立向客戶進行產品簡報之能力
b. 配合各項業務活動與行銷活動協辦作業。
4.銷售目標達成與報告:
a. 設定銷售目標,定期報告銷售進度和結果。
b. 分析銷售數據,制定改進計劃,提升銷售業績。
5. 跨部門協作:
a. 與行銷部、產品部團隊緊密合作,確保產品符合客戶需求。
b. 協助產品改進,提供市場和客戶反饋。
1、從事企業管理軟體(ERP/HR/BPM/Cloud ERP)、企業互聯網產品在客戶的銷售及諮詢;
2、在臺灣地區進行業務拓展,完成公司下達的銷售指標;
3、對跨兩岸台商客戶、外商客戶進行商機的挖掘,系統規劃,商務報價,商務談判;
4、完成重點客戶的維繫,合同簽訂、及客戶持續經營;
5、保障底薪、業績獎金、達成獎金、交通津貼、電話費補助;
6、能運用英文做產品銷售尤佳。
Responsibilities :
- Manage existing business meanwhile develop the new business line.
- Build up strong relationships with enterprise partners and customers.
- Pursue growth business opportunities in the Taiwan area.
- Understand and clearly the market dynamics, industry landscape, and sales strategy in Taiwan.
- Good knowledge of industry within Taiwan and the APAC region.
- Excellent salesmanship, self-motivated and result-oriented.
