Standard & Poor’s Vista Research is assembling a panel of Industry Consultants and professionals who are familiar with their respective industries. Industry Consultants are paid to educate money managers on trends within their given industry, through occasional phone consultations.
Our clients money managers, use brief informal phone consultations (typically 30-40 minutes) as an educational tool to gain insight on new trends and developments within a given discipline Unlike traditional research firms, we do not engage in written research reports or employ research analysts. Industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Industry Consultants are never expected to commect on their employer or company, or any other subject matter deemed inappropriate.
When the Industry Consultant’s qualifications are deemed suitable for specifice consultation request, the client will call the Industry Consultant at a pre-arranged and mutually convenient time. These private discussions usually last about 30-40 minutes. After completing the call , the Industry Consultant is paid based on the hourly rate that they detemine during the initial application process.
1.Manage full sets of accounts includes performing daily accounting & finance duties such as receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, etc.
2.Prepare Monthly Financial Reports for Management Reporting.
3.Ensure integrity of GL and timely closing of accounts.
4.Liaising with suppliers and external auditors, coordinating with the tax agent on tax compliance, and ensuring that all accounting activities comply with the accounting policies.
5.Filling statutory, business statistics, and other returns required by local tax and legal legislation.
6.Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
o Sales and production forecasting, production planning, and inventory control.
o Material confirmation, inventory tracking, and delivery lead time management.
o Issuance, distribution, tracking, and closure of production work orders.
o Communicate with international customers and suppliers.
Requirements
o Strong stress resilience
o Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in production planning or inventory management.
o Experience in the SMT industry is a plus
o Familiarity with the server industry is a plus
o Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
o Experience in material control (preferred).
o Knowledge of ERP and SAP systems is a plus.
