This role leads merchant profile creation, contract review, and process optimization, working closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure cohesive, multi-country operations and data consistency. [ Typical Accountability ]
- Review and process merchant contracts and onboarding applications. (70%)
- Create and maintain merchant profiles, package configurations, and data integrity in backend systems.
- Deliver merchant training and education on backend tools and platform usage.
- Collaborate with cross-country BD/Sales teams to support merchant strategies across different BUs.
- Assist in customer service operations and complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Contribute to workflow standardization and SSO process development across multiple markets.

1.Create a strategy and plan to achieve the goal with existing and new e-commerce marketplace by creating, managing, and optimizing listings. Responsible for the keywords, SEO, and other digital media operations.
