2. Ensure a safe environment through a team effort of diligent active patrol, strict access control, monitoring, and equipment control.
3. Be visible and observant at all times, greeting staff, guests, and vendors in a courteous and attentive manner.
4. Respond immediately to distress calls, panic alarm, and emergency calls for disorderly conduct, disruptive persons, and incidences swiftly and appropriately.
5. Collaborate with other security officers for effective protection and coverage.
6. Patrol property on foot, securing personnel, assets, buildings, gates, and fence perimeter are secure in all weather conditions.
7. Investigate and take the appropriate lawfully action as authorized by the corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents.
8. Complete daily reports, including relevant information, observations, surveillance footage, and signatures.

Job content:
1. To process/consolidate/reconcile centralized transactions complied with BIM, FIM, MOF, Credit Policy, Trust regulations and FX regulations prompt and accurately.
2. To report system/transaction problems to WBS Manager immediately if any.
3. To act as A/C holder's consultant for transaction problems and government regulations, and be response to customer requests or refer customers special requests to WBS Supervisor.
4. To provide professional solutions while customers consult about transaction services.
5. To investigate and re-issue customer investment related notification/interest receipt.
6. To monitor and follow up outstanding cases and report the progress to WBS Manager daily.
7. To participate in UAT and system enhancement for new investment projects.
8. To generate data and consolidate statistics to prepare required reports for OTC, TAX Adm., Central Band for China.

【Overview】
with at least 3 years of experience in digital advertising platform operations and inventory optimization. This role will be responsible for working with the Service team by monitoring and optimizing ad inventory performance, including ad placement size, position, format, and eCPM trends. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal media planners to drive revenue performance across LINE display ad products, ensuring that inventory strategies align with overall business objectives.
