*本職位需要跟國外彙報營運,英文要流利
1. 依據業務目標和策略,拓展新通路和新區域市場
2. 負責開發主要客戶,含全國性,地區性連鎖通路和區域經銷商
3. 運用業務專業和產品知識,制定強化經銷區域鋪貨和銷售的計畫
4. 蒐集市場訊息,規劃對應 的銷售活動以達成業績目標
5. 固定拜訪潛在的經銷客戶, 維持客戶關係
6. 編製及分析業務相關報表和計畫 (需俱備Excel技能)
7. 帶領團隊管理經驗
1. At least 8 years related work experience in FMCG, Beverage industry, or in a Distribution Channel.
2. With at least years of experience in Business Development Management (e.g. sourcing of potential candidates for new WS, and Key Accounts (On or Off), evaluation of said candidates, negotiation, and contract development, etc.)
3. Intermediate English proficiency. (多益檢定成績600以上)
