2. Develop acceptance plans for self-designed automation equipment and outsourced machines
3. Debugging and improvement of self-designed automatic equipment and machines after setting up in the manufacturing factory
4. Establishment and application of non BOM part numbers for self-designed automatic equipment
5. Create Self-designed automation equipment operation manual
6. Preferred Proficient in using drawing design software of C #, Visual Studio, WPF, PLC program
7.. Familiar with the control principles of light source lenses and cameras for Visual software development
8. Familiar with motion control software, Circuit diagram design, Database usage
9. Familiar with open cv NI VISION HALCON visual software
10. Familiar with Industrial and collaborative robot applications
11. Control the project budget and balance ROIC to accomplish projects on cost-efficiency-oriented.
1. Define product process flow with ME, TE.
2. BOM and EC change management in PDM.
3. Lead risk assessment with teams for each PCN / PCR.
4. Host meeting for sample build meeting and debug meeting.
5. Coordinate Yield Improvement to meet phase gating.
6. 2nd sources buy off activities and schedule follow up.
7. Coordinate SFIS/MES route and MFG data traceability setup.
8. DA6.3 /IATF16949 audit preparing and co-work with QA leader.

【Main Missions】
Hardware start-up and driver development
o Configure bootloader and initialize key components (memory, communication buses, sensors)
o Develop and maintain low-level drivers
Debugging and validation
o Works closely with the electronics team to ensure stable integration
o Test and debug embedded software using oscilloscope, logic analyzers
Collaboration and support
o Document BSPs, drivers and procedure for long-term maintenance
o Support other technical teams during prototyping, validation and industrialization phases
Platform evolution
o Contribute to the transition towards Embedded Linux-based systems
【Technical skills】
• Strong Embedded C/C++ programming & debugging skills
• Solid understanding of hardware/software integration
• Familiarity with RISC-V microcontrollers (like WCH CH32V series or Espressif SoC)
• Experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS preferred) and embedded Linux environment
• Knowledge of communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, CAN, SPI, I2C, UART)
• Ability to use debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)
