KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Market Strategy Management
o Analyze regional market positioning and client needs and develop annual marketing plans.
o Plan and execute regional market activities.
o Innovate brand promotion strategies by integrating market trends and industry developments and develop new media communication strategies to expand brand outreach.
o Utilize digital tools and social media platforms to build a comprehensive brand communication framework.
• Driving Industrial Collaboration & Strategic Partnerships
o Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key electronics manufacturing enterprises (e.g., PCB, EMS, assembly), industry associations, and legal entities in Taiwan.
o Monitor Taiwan's industry technology trends and demands, designing collaboration frameworks aligned with GEA's positioning (e.g., standards implementation, technology alignment, cross-organizational cooperation models).
o Coordinate industry participation in GEA committees and standardization projects by providing guidance, resources, and procedural support.
o Liaise with government agencies and institutions to integrate resources for industrial projects and standards implementation (e.g., Digital Transformation, Green Manufacturing, Smart.
REQUIREMENTS
• Education
o Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electronic Engineering, Enterprise Management, Marketing or International Business.
• Experience
o More than 10 years of experience in industrial cooperation, marketing or standard organization operation. Work experience in international standard organizations or industry associations is preferred.
• Skills
o Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
o Market analysis ability: Be able to gain insights into demand through data analysis, such as user profiles and market trends, and develop precise product positioning and promotion strategies.
o Strategic planning and execution capability: Analyze the technological trends in Taiwan's electronics industry and design cooperation strategies that align with GEA's positioning. Localize the execution of global strategies.
o Communication and coordination skills: Proficient in building a multi-layered network of relationships between government, associations, and enterprises, and promoting cross unit joint projects.
o Learning Ability: Skilled in learning, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to various challenges.
• Travel requirements
o Primarily domestic travel within Taiwan Region and attend industry events.
o International: Occasional (regional/global HQ meetings)
