Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for PEDRO brand Invetory
1. Annual / Seasonal OTB review & fulfilment
2. New launch delivery schedule & plan weekly new arrivals
3. Weekly repeat order submission and management
4. Exit strategy for off-season & slow-movers
5. Pricing, margin & cost (Initial by launch), and markdown & price adjustments
6. Plans and executes ordering and distribution to retail outlets to achieve healthy stock control, movement and inventory levels
7.Generates and analyzes relevant reports to support accurate stocks distribution and identifies slow-moving and top sellable items
8. Works with logistic department on store capacity management, delivery planning, etc,
9. Conducts products and markets analysis on current trends and competitors' action
10. Works with operations teams for Inventory Management, stock taking, audit and control etc
11.Responsible for the brand assigned by the company
Position Overview
The Taiwan Logistics Project Manager will be responsible for driving logistics network optimization within Taiwan, serving as the key driver for project management related to network optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve alignment and success.
Key Responsibilities
• Logistics Network Optimization: Lead and drive Taiwan Network Optimization projects from project gate review to execution, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
• Project Management: Serve as the key driver for project management related to network optimization, including preparing and managing project gate reviews.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of logistics strategies across the organization.
• Partnership with Country Logistics Team: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with the country logistics team, ensuring full alignment and collaboration from project initiation to completion.
• Procurement and 3PL Collaboration: Work with Procurement and Area DC Ops teams to identify suitable third-party service providers (3PL) for transitioning 3M DC for consolidation.
• DC Automation Strategy: Identify and implement distribution center automation strategies to promote sustainable operations and improve efficiency.
• Change Management: Lead change management initiatives with cross-functional teams (BG/Planning, Legal, HR, and Gov Affairs) from site closure to site consolidation, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
• Drive full opportunity for Consolidation: Drive opportunities for consolidation in outbound daily operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Logistics Optimization: Drive optimization of inbound logistics haulage and domestic outbound delivery to customers as a result of DC consolidation and network changes.
• IT/SAP Collaboration: Work closely with IT/SAP teams for system changes and transitions due to changes in DC network strategy.
• Site Assessment: Conduct assessments of new sites to ensure conformity with site Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards with the support of area and country EHS team.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of +8 years in logistics network optimization and project management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SAP systems and functionality.
• Knowledge of EHS standards and site assessment processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in working with third-party logistics providers.
• Familiarity with distribution center automation technologies.
• Change management certification or experience.
