1. Performing various CFs runs using RAFM model.
2. Preparing NBV/NBM results/templates/slides under IFRS17 regime.
3. Perform scenario testing and analysis.
4. Producing RoRC/CIR and its commentary.
5. Working with Pricing, Risk Management, FMA and various channels whenever required.
6. Ad hoc tasks from CFO or regional office.

- 規劃與管理個人旅遊保險網路投保的整體策略與專案執行過程。
- 與技術團隊合作,設計並優化網路投保流程,確保操作簡便且符合金融監管規定。
- 監控市場趨勢與競爭對手,動態調整網路投保的商品組合與線上服務功能。
- 協調跨部門合作,包括法務、行銷、客服等,確保合法合規且推廣順利。
- 分析客戶數據與反饋,持續優化網路投保用戶體驗與提升轉換率。
- 管理網路投保商品的專案週期,包含需求收集、開發、測試、上線及後續維護。
- 具備業務開發能力,能主動開拓合作夥伴與銷售通路,推動個人旅遊保險網路投保的市場擴展與銷售成長。
- 能與潛在客戶及合作夥伴建立良好關係,協助制定並執行業務拓展策略。
- 熟悉電子商務市場趨勢,能發掘新商機並促進跨部門協作以達成業績目標。
Responsible for planning, designing, and driving the online travel insurance product platform, ensuring compliance with market demands and regulatory requirements, enhancing user experience and sales performance, while possessing business development skills to drive market expansion and partnership building.
- Plan and manage the overall strategy and roadmap for the online travel insurance product.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and optimize the online application process, ensuring ease of use and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust product features and services.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including legal, marketing, and customer service to ensure product compliance and smooth promotion.
- Analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve product experience and conversion rates.
- Manage the product lifecycle including requirements gathering, development, testing, launch, and maintenance.
- Possess business development skills to proactively identify and establish partnerships and sales channels, driving market expansion and sales growth for the online travel insurance product .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners, assisting in the formulation and execution of business development strategies.
- Understand market trends to identify new opportunities and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve sales targets.

【職缺內容】
A. Overall responsible for the Applications support and systems setup in DBS Taiwan, manages the entire Technology Applications in the Bank both on Operations and Project delivery, to support the following operations services and projects:
a. Manage Country tech application hosted in Taiwan or Region and major support on Customer Service and Digital Process system.
b. User requirement management and analysis for project implementation/new enhancement.
c. System change management
i. Manage system change request in DBSTW internal CI/CD system
ii. Manage system change request in DBSTW internal change management system
iii. Collaborate with DBS internal party to deploy system changes and support BU to do Live verification
d. Production Incident management and issue diagnostic.
e. Application/System Security management (vulnerability fix / security patching /ISCD)
f. Project management (contracts, SOWs, delivery etc).
i. Obtain contracts /SOWs approval for system enhancement/ project implementation
ii. Obtain budget approval for project implementation and process improvement.
iii. Obtain support from related internal and external parties according to project organization structure.
iv. Manage project implementation and process improvement within agreed budget, scope, and time.
v. Manage user testing and sign-off. Manage procedure update.
vi. Manage management reporting and escalation.
B. Ensure compliance to DBSTW standard and policy as well as Group standards and regulatory requirements.
C. Deployment of applications systems to support business and units in the Bank.
