【About the Role】 We’re looking for a sharp, adaptable, and impact-driven Customer Experience Program Manager to join our Taiwan Community Operations team. The role will require excellent stakeholder engagement and support for the weekly tracker updates and both understanding the key risks involved on the project and maintaining the project developing a plan to address with the rollout of offshore support networks.
