1. Work as a team to share information, support and collaborate with team members to gain the synergies and achieve team target
2. Communicate and execute sales plans to achieve company’s objectives & assigned KPI targets
3. Responsible for developing new accounts, maintaining a strong relationship with existing and prospective customers by effective and quality sales calls
4. Implement product listing, product detailing and trainings to vets and clinic staff, ensure correct knowledge and brand message delivered in field
5. Conduct business review and plan with at least A & B customers to optimize the product mix and growth opportunities
6. Analyse and assess business opportunities, come up with development proposal in responsible territory or with specific accounts, feedback market news in the timely manner
7. Liaise with cross functions including Finance, Supply Chain, S&C, Trade Marketing to ensure the delivery of premium experience and high service level in terms of operation and customer objection handlings
8. Assist and participate in marketing events of new customer recruitment, consumer activations and consumer education activities such as seminars, trade events, and compound samplings, etc
9. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes in field activity. Actively participate company/department meetings, product knowledge training and briefings

工作中最大的挑戰是運用獸醫師的臨床經驗,透過各種方式說服客戶,解決客戶問題;我們要用完整的產品訓練,建立業務團隊的產品信心,也要用內外科及適應症知識來比較競品,說服客戶使用維克產品,也需要協調物流在行銷活動中充分供貨,進行財務請款及行銷計畫評估等跨部門溝通。透過產品培訓、行銷計劃的執行與效果評估,成為動物健康領域的技術與行銷專家。

1.Join call key customers with sales team to promote VB’s products with professional approach.
2.Recommend and help define the marketing plan in line with the Group guidelines for each product range.
3.Prepare product training material and conduct product training on product characteristics and benefits for sales team.
4.Provide product trouble shooting and technical service for customers.
5.Follow-up the marketing plan implementation.
6.Collect market and competitors’ latest information to support registration of new product according to the strategic plan.
7.Assert effectiveness, discipline and professionalism at every stage of the marketing process.
Key Tasks
- Ensure sufficient technical and marketing tools for sales team to grow VB’s market share effectively.
- Visit customers with sales team and help establishing VB’s brand and manage long term relationship.
- Provide added value other than VB products for customers in competitive market.
- Assert effectiveness of the promotions implementation, securing that qualitative materials are provided in a timely manner and local promotions quality is controlled.
工作性質:
1.每月約有5-10天需陪同業務出差到全台各地動物醫院。
2.需頻繁接觸不同對象(獸醫師、業務、國外同事、直接面對消費者),包含在產品研討會上台簡報,同時面對10~30位獸醫師。
3.當業務被客戶拒絕時,需運用專業提供方法。
4.上下班及休息時間同一般上班族,有正常的家庭生活。
