- Project quotation/cost maintenance & negotiation
-Excellent Excel capability needed for data analysis
-Maintain and problem resolving for on-going projects
- Service support & Customer Claim
-Monitoring PO and Forecast and communicate with customer if any abnormal demand
-ECN change, rework cost, excess & obsolete material management
-Cross function communication (internally & externally)
-Contract review/Survey request follow-up
-Take personal responsibility for customer satisfaction or even exceed their expectations to win more stable business
