【Introduction】
Our client is a prominent company that operates primarily in the field
engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) for various industries.
【Responsibilities】
• Ensure all project site administrative activities comply with company rules, policies, and regulations.
• Assist the Admin Manager in preparing various reports and key tasks.
• Oversee daily office operations and maintenance.
• Handle IT-related tasks and troubleshooting in coordination with the MOC IT Support Team.
• Manage and conduct regular inventory of indirect materials (furniture, appliances, IT equipment, etc.).
• Handle asset disposal or transfer at project end or as required.
• Manage matters related to expatriate accommodations.
• Arrange logistics for visitors, vendors, and employees (orientation, airport pick-up, transportation, hotel reservations, meals, gate passes, office setup, etc.).
• Prepare office notices, warning signs, and related documents.
• Assist expatriates with SIM card arrangements, bank account openings, and medical appointments.
• Monitor contract validity and highlight important information to the Admin Manager.
• Support other administrators, handle timesheets, local purchasing, translation, labor meetings, and other assigned tasks.
【Requirments】
• Over 3 years of experience in administration or office work.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) as a working language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, reliable, patient, and a quick learner.
• Respectful toward colleagues and stakeholders.
