1. International communication skills, fluent in English (both written and spoken); capable of conducting business and technical communication with clients from the U.S., Europe, Japan, and Southeast Asia; familiar with cross-cultural differences; skilled in coordination and negotiation.
2.Responsible for quotations, order processing, shipping arrangements, documentation, and delivery coordination; proficient in project management and order tracking; able to follow up on shipping, installation, and acceptance processes while working closely with factories, R&D, FAE, and customer service teams.
3.Organize customer requirements and feedback, and coordinate with internal engineering and customer service teams.
4.Assist supervisors or sales representatives in communicating with international clients (via email/online meetings).
5. Willing to travel abroad for short-term or medium-to-long-term business trips (e.g., U.S., Europe, Japan, Korea, Singapore, etc.).
6. Support the company in participating in SEMICON international exhibitions and visiting overseas clients to expand collaboration opportunities.
