Summary:
The BIPV Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient project execution between our European sales team (NL-based) and our Taiwan-based operational and sourcing teams. This role serves as the central point of contact, coordinating inquiries, managing project details, and tracking production schedules to guarantee timely delivery of BIPV solutions to our European clients. Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison between the European sales team and the Taiwan-based operational and sourcing teams.
• Receive and process project inquiries from the European sales team, ensuring all necessary information is captured and clearly communicated to the Taiwan team.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication between European clients, the NL sales team, and the Taiwan operational and sourcing teams, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Upon order confirmation, meticulously review all order details, specifications, and requirements to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Communicate confirmed order specifications to the sourcing team, ensuring they have all the information necessary to procure the correct materials and components.
• Closely monitor the production schedule, tracking progress and proactively identifying any potential delays or issues.
• Communicate production updates and delivery timelines to the European sales team and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all project-related communications, documentation, and progress updates.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve communication and coordination processes.
• Contribute to building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
