Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Technical Marketing professionals to join our semiconductor equipment sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, tools, and related solutions.
This role requires a strong understanding of semiconductor processes, equipment capabilities, and customer needs, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, solution-oriented manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within semiconductor foundries, OSATs, IDM manufacturers, and research institutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
2. Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, process engineers, procurement teams, and executives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication and resolution of inquiries.
• Conduct regular account reviews to assess satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges.
3. Technical Consultation
• Understand customer manufacturing processes and provide tailored equipment/tool solutions that meet technical and operational requirements.
• Conduct on-site visits for product trials, acceptance tests, and installation support.
4. Market Intelligence
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Provide market feedback to internal teams for product development and strategy refinement.
5. Contract & Negotiation
• Lead contract discussions, pricing negotiations, and sales terms in coordination with management.
• Ensure all sales comply with company policies and export control regulations.
