Customer Engagement & Support •Serve as the primary technical contact for customers evaluating and deploying cooling hardware. •Support sales teams with technical presentations, solution proposals, and design-in consultations. •Translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for engineering teams in Asia. Collaboration with Global Engineering •Work closely with mechanical and thermal engineers in Asia on product customization, validation, and troubleshooting. •Communicate customer feedback, feature requests, and field issues to R&D teams for continuous improvement. •Participate in joint technical reviews and coordinate time-zone–sensitive communications between customers and Asia engineering. Technical Expertise in Thermal Management •Guide customers through selection, design, and integration of cooling hardware (e.g., cold plates, liquid cooling loops, heat exchangers, manifolds, pumps). •Provide thermal simulations, design reviews, and best-practice recommendations for efficient cooling. •Support validation testing and ensure solutions meet customer reliability requirements. Pre-Sales & Design-In Activities •Drive design wins by supporting customers in concept evaluation, prototype testing, and qualification phases. •Provide technical training and workshops for customers and channel partners. •Develop customer-facing technical documentation (datasheets, application notes, integration guides). Post-Sales & Troubleshooting •Support deployments and system validation at customer sites. •Troubleshoot thermal, mechanical, or integration issues and escalate as needed to Asia engineering. •Ensure smooth product ramp-up and provide ongoing technical support.

1. 具2年以上包材設計經驗，熟悉包裝相關流程與獨力設計能力。 2. 具包裝可靠測試驗證經驗，熟悉各項測試規範。 3. 熟悉基本包裝結構、材料性質、加工技術、生產方法及裝櫃規劃設計。 4. 各項包裝材料部品及架構成本分析。 5. 包裝相關問題解析及改善。 6. 需熟悉 Solidworks/AutoCAD 等繪圖軟體。 7. 熟悉：木作、瓦楞紙、紙塑、EPE、PS-Tray

1.設計產品包裝及設計時考慮棧板/貨柜/運輸/成本。 2.分析產品結構,根據具體情況而選擇材質/結構。 3.做相關的測試驗證其包材的可靠度測試。 4.分析及解決新包材試產階段相關問題。 5.解決試、量產所產生的相關問題。 6.跨部門問題溝通。

1. 無塵室設備之、調機、保養、故障排除及改善 , 異常分析與追蹤處理。 2. 專案設備組裝/協助試車/出機/調機/樣品處理。設備操作文件編修。 3. 確實掌握進度及訊息回饋，並與客戶做溝通橋梁、精準掌握客戶問題與需求， 並追蹤後續執行狀況。 4. 設備改善專案執行。 5. 完成其他主管交辦事項。 ※此職位為長期派駐美國，應徵前請確認是否能配合。 ※薪資條件依個人能力與經歷敘薪，並於面談後議定之。 (駐美年薪約為台幣180萬~240萬以上)

As a Product Design Engineer, you will design and evaluate product, identify product requirements and contribute to research and project planning. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Apply design, engineering, and technical expertise to influence cross-functionally and deliver reliable mass production components and solve time-sensitive problems. 2. Make significant contributions to design, development, and validation of different solutions (Specifically focused on the cooling solution for the cage and the design of the connectors.) 3. Manage the product design, provide guidance to team members, and communicate progress, and request feedback to prevent/remove roadblocks. 4. Anticipate and address product design issues or risks, analyze data, and validate product design to suggest or implement design improvements. 5. Conducts feasibility studies for new projects leveraging existing designs while also generating new designs and IP, drives consistency and thoroughness across portfolio. EDUCATION Required: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent practical experience. Required Experience and Skills:  8~10+ of work experience as a hands-on engineer.  Possesses thorough understanding of the product development process (Design Concept, EVT, DVT, PVT).  Demonstrated experience working with cross functional teams in English.  Engineering Design Software: NX (preferred), Creo, Pro/E, etc.  Knowledge in molding of different kind of materials, stamping, assembly process, product development process.  Ability to independently complete design and manage projects.  Understand thermal and mechanical of liquid cooling system.  Good problem-solving skill and able to deeply analyze testing failure mode.  Tolerance stack-up Analysis, review thermal, and reliability testing report. Desirable Requirements:  Experience in server or switch liquid cooling systems.  Experience in the high-speed connector industry.  Relevant knowledge of seal product design.  Experience with simulation or performance analysis of liquid cooling thermal solutions, precision machining, brazing (furnace, vacuum), molding (plastic & metal), soldering, stamping/assy, welding or sintering processes.  Passionate about design work and innovation, creating new products to address gaps in the industry.

You will ensure that materials and products are stored, handled, and distributed efficiently to meet production and operational needs.
