【Typical Accountability】
1. Manage and nurture long-term relationships with lifestyle merchants
2. Provide partners with digital operation advice, data-driven suggestions, and platform best practices
3. Plan and execute marketing collaborations — online or offline — to boost visibility and sales
4. Train merchants on using the system backend and guide product optimization
5. Collaborate across teams on campaign ideas and commercial project execution
6. Lead initiatives that support merchant growth and platform engagement
【Essential Competencies】
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, account management, or partner success
2. Proficient in Excel and Word; able to independently prepare performance or proposal reports
3. Ability to plan and execute business or marketing initiatives
4. Experience with client communication, backend operations, or merchant onboarding
5. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

【主要職責】
1. 建立與維繫商家關係,持續探索市場機會與客戶價值
2. 協助商家優化營運效率、提供數據建議與平台操作協助
3. 發想並執行線上/線下行銷活動,帶動流量與業績成長
4. 負責商家後台教育訓練、商品優化與行銷活動邀請
5. 與跨部門團隊(行銷/品牌)協作,共同執行推廣專案
6. 規劃所有有助商家成長的合作提案與行動
【必要條件】
1. 至少一年以上業務開發、商家經營或合作夥伴管理經驗
2. 熟練使用 Excel、Word 等工具,能獨立完成報表與簡報製作
3. 熟悉行銷或商務活動規劃與執行流程
4. 具備商家端後台操作、上架、培訓等實務經驗
5. 能適應快速變動的工作步調,具備跨部門協作經驗

1. 辦理股務相關作業及股務代理機構溝通窗口
2. 公開資訊觀測站重大訊息(中英文版)及各項公告申報
3. 協助安排董事會、功能性委員會、股東會及相關作業
4. 協助公司治理評鑑及相關作業執行
5. 永續資訊揭露、維護及優化: 彙編年報及股東會議事資料、永續報告書編製及查證作業
6. 其他主管交辦工作事項
1. Handle Employee stock option plan and stock affairs-related operations.
2. File material information and various announcements on the Market Observation Post System (MOPS).
3. Arrange and assist with shareholders’ meetings and other related meetings and tasks.
4. Assist in the implementation of corporate governance evaluations.
5. Disclose, maintain, and enhance sustainability information.
6. Support departmental operations and handle assignments from supervisors.
