Education
Master degree in technical domain (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics)
Experience
3-5 years working experience in design engineering

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with a deep passion for UI/UX design and a strong sense of strategic thinking. In this role, you will craft intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences across BIPO’s HR tech products, while contributing to the product vision and design strategy. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to ensure every interaction aligns with our brand promise and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- UI/UX Excellence
Lead the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are visually appealing, accessible, and efficient.
Translate complex workflows into intuitive user journeys that reflect BIPO’s “Make Life Easier” philosophy.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven evaluations to validate design decisions.
Maintain and evolve BIPO’s design system for consistency across all products.
- Strategic Design Contribution
Work with product managers to align design direction with business objectives and market trends.
Identify opportunities to use design as a competitive differentiator in the HR tech market.
Anticipate user needs based on deep understanding of HR operations, payroll workflows, and multi-country compliance challenges.
Advocate for design-led thinking in strategic product planning sessions.
- Collaboration & Delivery
Partner with engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation of designs.
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure consistency in brand and user experience beyond the product interface.
Contribute to design documentation, guidelines, and best practices for cross-team use.
