【Job Purpose】
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic HR intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting various function within our team.
You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current HR activities.
Minimum 6 months but preferable longer term of 12 months.
【Key Accountabilities】
- Supporting talent recruitment activities.
- Leading and supporting associate engagement activities included but not limited to promoting the below for associates:
• Health and Wellness including mental health
• Inclusion and Diversity activities
• Cultural events
• Engagement events including onboarding, lunch & learns
【Educational background/ Skill】
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree. Pursuing higher in Business, Human Resources, or related field is a plus
- Interest in HR activities and employee services
- Familiarity with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Previous internship or project experience in HR is a plus
- Attention to confidentiality
- A proactive attitude are essential
- Able to work for 2.5-3 days a week
Job Summary:
The HR Intern will mainly assist in the talent acquisition tasks of MPS Taipei office. This role is responsible for screening, interviewing, coordinating and hiring practices.
Essential functions:
• Support the recruiting lifecycle, such as candidates sourcing and selection, interview coordination, etc.
• Build up a good relationship with target talents from diverse recruiting channels, such as the campus recruitment, 104, LinkedIn, etc.
• Manage the current recruiting channels and platforms.
• Work closely with hiring manager to develop a comprehensive recruiting strategy and plan.
• Assist with other ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor or above, in Human Resource, Business Administration, Labor Relations or related field, is a plus (in final year of study is preferred).
• Good team player, outgoing person, passionate to HR field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills.
• Has other HR intern related experience is a plus.

【你需要負責的工作內容 】
1.辦公室行政總務,如:辦公室用品採購&請款(備品、每月零食等)、來電/訪客接待、辦公室環境整潔、名片申請、座位安排、負責郵件及包裹之收發。
2. 人事行政管理:人事資料建檔、新人報到流程並優化、整理人事資料
3. 協助執行員工福利活動,如:各式節慶活動。透過你有創意的點子,與福委會一同為公司同仁創造驚喜。
4. 協助資產管理 (如新人到、離職筆電歸還等...)
5. 其他主管交辦事項
6.一同協作招募與HR相關專案

6. Proficient in computer use, with basic Excel reporting skills.

※ Your responsibilities will include
1. General office administration, such as office supplies procurement and reimbursement (e.g., supplies, monthly snacks), handling incoming calls and visitors, maintaining office cleanliness, business card requests, seating arrangements, and managing incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
2. HR administrative tasks, including maintaining personnel records, supporting and improving the onboarding process, and organizing HR documentation.
3. Assisting with employee engagement and welfare activities, such as various holiday events—bring your creative ideas and work with the Welfare Committee to surprise and delight colleagues.
4. Supporting asset management (e.g., handling laptop issuance and returns during onboarding and offboarding).
5. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
6. Collaborating on recruitment and other HR-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns (Social media, campus events, internal communication).
• Assist in content creation: articles, posts, visuals, and videos highlighting Ecolab’s culture, people, and impact.
• Coordinate with HR and business teams on campus recruitment activities, including career fairs and info sessions.
• Support event logistics, internal communication, and promotional material preparation.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking on talent attraction trends and competitor employer branding practices.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team as needed.
