Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

Key Responsibilities
1. Investment Analysis and Evaluation:
● Research and identify emerging market trends, potential investment
opportunities, and areas for portfolio diversification.
● Perform detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential investments.
● Develop and maintain an investment pipeline by leveraging industry contacts
and market insights. Actively engage in industry events, visits, and exchanges
with peers to stay abreast of market trends and uncover new investment
opportunities.
● Craft investment theses and present findings and recommendations to the
investment committee.
2. Portfolio Management:
● Portfolio Evaluation: Regularly review and adjust the investment portfolio in line
with market changes and company goals.
● Risk Management: Implement strategies to minimize risks and protect
investments
● Reporting: Provide clear, regular updates on portfolio performance to
stakeholders.
● Board Involvement: Participate in board meetings of invested companies to
offer strategic insights and oversee investment performance.
3. Strategic Financial Planning:
● Collaborate with senior management to align investment strategies with the
organization's financial goals.
● Provide insights and strategic guidance on financial matters, including capital
structure, liquidity management, and long-term financial planning.
4. Corporate Structuring and Governance:
● Design and oversee the implementation of efficient corporate structures for
designated entities.
● Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal governance standards.
● Develop employee stock ownership plans (ESOP) and other incentive
schemes.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
● Build and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders including
internal teams, external investees and partners, and industry experts.
● Effectively communicate investment strategies and decisions to diverse
audiences.
Qualification
● Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related
field. Advanced degree a plus.
● At least 3 years of experience in investment management, financial analysis,
or a similar role.
● Demonstrated business acumen and decision making skills.
● Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English

Position Summary:
We are seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate / Manager in supporting the company’s planned IPO in the U.S. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and executing IPO-related communications, working with Finance Department, supporting capital markets engagement and managing investor materials.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, finance, legal, and external advisors to ensure a successful IPO and build a best-in-class investor relations function.
Main jobs:
-Preparation of IR materials, attending investor conference calls, contributing to PR communication
-Creation and maintenance of financial models
-Build and expand a network of buy side contacts in the US/EU/UK and Asia
-Preparation of the materials for the Prospectus and regular financial releases
-Liaising with Finance Department regarding the U.S. regulatory review and requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; CPA or CFA is plus.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or related field.
Prior experience supporting a U.S. IPO or SEC disclosure process (e.g., Form S-1, 10-K, 10-Q) is highly preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to simplify complex financial and technical topics.
