Responsibilities • Audit and evaluate Contract Manufacturers’ production lines and quality systems for production readiness. • Audit peripheral suppliers and vendors to verify compliance with VDA 6.3 standards. • Lead all communications on root cause analysis and supplier corrective actions. • Conduct on-site quality inspections, audits, and maintain control plans to ensure critical features are controlled throughout the assembly/production processes. • Identify opportunities for quality control enhancements and implement new methods accordingly. • Support the new supplier selection process by conducting audits as required. • Collaborate with supplier leadership to enhance their capabilities for better product launches and improved quality performance. • Coordinate calibration activities, liaising with external vendors to ensure all test and measurement equipment is calibrated before use on the manufacturing floor. • Collaborate with external and supplier quality labs to ensure product conformance before leaving manufacturing sites. • Identify potential risks related to the supply chain, track supplier performance, and implement preventive actions to mitigate risks. • Assist in assessing and selecting new suppliers based on their capabilities, quality systems, and performance history. • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams to identify failure modes and manage countermeasures. • Monitor design performance and address knowledge gaps in NPI (New Product Introduction) designs.

Together, let’s build a future where leisure meets innovation, and everyone can level up their experiences. •Responsibilities: -Manage the portfolio of Brands’ products (hardware, software, peripherals) in terms of pricing, supply planning, inventory management, and funding to achieve sales revenue targets. -Collaborate with Channel Sales Managers to support planning and execution by providing insights, tools (e.g., Trade Marketing assets, Events Calendar), resourcing (e.g., field merchandising), and reporting. -Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all channels. -Manage the integrity of product documentation, including part numbers, manuals, and product information. -Collaborate with Channel Sales Managers to negotiate and implement strategies with retailers by managing the planning, implementation, and optimization of trade marketing activities, media presence, and marketing assets to increase sales revenue and ROI. -Travel: Be prepared to travel as needed to meet business objectives and collaborate with stakeholders. -Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between Acer Gaming HQ and its national subsidiaries to ensure alignment and effective communication.

1. 專案開發前期: 協同SA訂定規格/設計環境建構/競品特性分析/協同PM訂定開發時程表 2. 專案開發期間: 支援電路設計及整合/定期招開設計檢查會議/定期追蹤開發進度/確保專案各站點完成時程/準備各站點檢查資料及文件/測試相關資料的準備 3. 專案開發後期: 分析CP驗證數據/確保良率達標/協同SA,RD,TE進行除錯分析/確保達送樣標準
