1. 客戶技術對接與設計導入（Design-in）：依應用（工控／醫療／車載／軍規）完成選型、原理圖/布局建議、BOM 對應與替代評估。 2. 實驗驗證：協助進行EMI/EMC（傳導/輻射）、瞬態（MIL-STD-1275/704 等等）、溫升與可靠度測試，出具測試計畫與報告。 3. 故障分析與現場支援（FA/Field Support）：DVP&R、8D/5Why 報告撰寫，針對 DPPM／退貨進行根因分析與改善。 4. 量產導入：客製參數設定、治具/工站規格、安規文件與客戶 PPAP/FAI 需求對應。 5. 售前售後協同：與業務共同拜訪，完成樣品規劃、打樣排程、專案時程與風險控管。 6. 文件與內訓：撰寫應用筆記、參考設計、客訴知識庫，並定期對業務/代理商進行技術訓練。
