•Product & Vendor Qualification – Develop and execute product and vendor
qualification plans, review test results, and prepare detailed reliability reports.
•Failure Analysis Leadership – Lead product failure analysis activities; coordinate with
cross‐functional teams, suppliers, and third‐party laboratories to identify root causes
and recommend corrective actions.
•Customer Quality Support – Address customer quality‐related inquiries and issues in
a timely and technically accurate manner.
•Audit & Compliance – Support customer quality audits and ensure compliance with
applicable quality standards.
•Ongoing Quality Control – Implement, monitor, and continuously improve supplier
and vendor quality controls.
•ISO Certification Support – Assist manufacturing teams in maintaining and achieving
ISO certification requirements.
