You will be working as a bridge between the front-end sales and the internal team.
Job Description:
1. Shipping/customs arrangement, payment handling, contract/ Letter of credit review and follow-up, and others.
2. Review of production plan/Sales figure from front-end sales.
3. Communications and coordination across different departments to fulfill the requests from the front-end sales/ agents at local or overseas.
4. Maintaining and preparing regular reports for higher-up.
5. Assist sales team on marketing events for branding.
6. Assist on various internal documentation, both on sales and administration.
Requirements:
1. Good communication and coordination skills.
2. Intermediate English fluency for both oral/ writing.
3. Good numerical analytical ability and detail-oriented.
4. Good at teamwork and able to multi-task and work independently in a volatile business environment.
5. More than 1 year of sales assistance experience will be a plus.
6. Growth mindset with constantly driven to learn, adapt and improve.
7. Familiar with Excel/ PowerPoints for analysis and data visualization.
8. Statistics experience preferred.
