Job Description:
1. 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations for brand-side businesses (such as brand official websites, Momo, PChome, Shopee, etc.)
2. Assist in the operation and management of e-commerce platforms, including product listings, price adjustments, and inventory management
3. Plan sales promotions and marketing proposals for brand and product visibility on e-commerce channels
4. Maintain good communication and relationships with platform contacts to gain more exposure and increase sales performance
5. Optimize customer service content and interactions
6. Track and analyze the effectiveness of online marketing and services
