我們正在尋找一位具備策略思維與產品執行力的產品經理,能夠將市場需求轉化為明確的產品規格,並與跨部門團隊協作,推動產品的成功發展與釋出。 【主要職責】 ● 需求與規格管理:進行產品需求分析、功能細項規劃與定義,撰寫 PRD(產品需求文件)與功能規格書。 ● 產品設計文件製作:繪製流程圖、線框圖、Wireframe,以清晰呈現產品設計脈絡。 ● 產品開發協作:與開發團隊 PM 及工程師緊密配合,推進開發進程並確保產品如期釋出。 ● 產品品質控管:規劃與執行產品測試,確保功能符合需求與品質標準。 ● 文件與知識管理:負責產品文件撰寫,包含使用手冊、操作說明、內部培訓資料等。 【職位要求】 ● 具備 PRD 撰寫與規格定義能力,能將需求明確轉化為開發規格。 ● 熟悉 產品規劃流程,具備分析市場、使用者需求的能力。 ● 具備 流程圖、線框圖繪製能力,能清楚表達產品邏輯與設計概念。 ● 熟悉 產品釋出與進度控管,能跨部門協作推動專案進行。 【加分條件】 ● 具備 軟體產品開發或優化經驗,熟悉產品迭代流程。 ● 有 前端或後端工程師經驗,能與技術團隊進行高效溝通。 ● 具備 簡報與產品應用介紹能力,能向內外部清楚闡述產品價值。
