【Main Responsibilities】
1. Answer phone calls, take messages for staff members and manage the office telephone system
2. Receive customers and provide beverage services to clients and visitors.
3. Assist with document/package handling, such as prompt mail distribution to relevant departments, signing for couriers, and tracking packages.
4. Oversee office supplies and expenses, including procuring and maintaining office supplies (e.g., stationery and consumables), issuing purchase orders and processing payments for general office expenses
5. Update staff directory and assist new joiner onboarding.
6. Support with EHS related tasks in cooperation with office building.
7. Support corporate affairs team with logistics, admin and photos for company-wide activities.
8. Oversee office maintenance and supervise cleaning vendor to ensure a clean, orderly workplace, including carpet cleaning, pest control, and disinfection.
9. Oversee printing of business card, company letters/envelope, etc.
10. Assist with updating the IMT/CMT Notebook and have a good understanding of the company’s EHS-related procedures.
11. Support with company fire safety tasks, such as training logistics and scheduling, equipment checks, updating the fire safety playbook, and other admin tasks assigned by line manager.
12. Administrative support and tasks assigned by line manager.
13. Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures and work practices.
【Job Scope】
(1) Install & maintain all CT modality equipment in the assigned area.
(2) Perform CT IBs’ trouble-shooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
(3) Maintain daily interface with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues, to ensure satisfaction of
primary customers.
(4) Assist in Account Manager/SVC Manager visits, help train others where necessary, and identify Sales
opportunities and communicate them to AM team.
(5) Assist in the growth and direction of business in geographic area.
(6) Responsible for Warranty and PMS contract cost control.
(7) Responsibly complete all administration tasks on time (e.g., ensure timely completion of FMI’s and PMS
inspections documentation for assigned accounts).
(8) Share best practices.
(9) Maintain effective quality systems and programs compliant with ISO 9001 / 13485 standard, according to the GE
Service Quality Policy Statement.
(10) Support CT room siting plan in order to maximize equipment performance.

Affiliate Owned and Earned Media Framework and partner relationship management
• Develop affiliate O&EM strategy and tactics based on Regional framework (EM investment guidance, key platforms to play on, etc).
• Localize cascaded brand GTM media plans with standard media principles consistent across brands in the market.
• Localize influencer activation and selection guidelines cascaded from region O&EM COE and brand’s GTM media plans to support brand’s campaign executions across channels.
• Manage local agency (influencers, executions across owned media platforms) on contracting and negotiations across portfolio to optimize efficiencies
• Optimize earned and owned media across portfolio including connecting influencer tactics across brands and categories
• Implement technology & tools (e.g., co-building Traackr, centralized training & education that influencers can tap into) to optimize O&EM execution effectiveness.
• Part of media network intelligence to identify opportunities for optimization through monitoring spend allocation across brands and channels, connecting the dots across Paid, Earned, and Owned.
Brand Owned and Earned media support:
• Advisory role to Brand in maximizing impact of earned media activities, including best practice sharing and trend sensing at market level across categories and brands
• Support Influencer Seeding – Operational Activities in partnership with brands, agency / supply chain team (e.g., coordinating mailers)
• Holistic performance measurement across all campaigns and channels (except ecommerce) for aligned KPIs on owned and earned media including tracking and reporting of KPI's to brand on an on-going basis, evaluating campaign and media effectiveness, running analysis reports with actionable key learnings and share with brand and region O&EM teams to optimize O&EM strategy and plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Execution of internal communications and initiatives to increase team member engagement in Taiwan (70%)
1. Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with Company’s goals and values through the internal communication channels, including intranet, digital signage and team member engagement campaigns.
2. Work seamlessly with Taiwan frontend and backend senior leaders for the prioritization of site communication initiatives per site leaders’ goal and local business needs.
3. Partner with cross-functional team, including but not limited to HR, PMO to support employee experience and culture campaigns.
4. Create engaging content for internal channels and take the lead in managing Company’s country-level internal communication platform, such as Company site page / local digital signage
5. Be the brand consultant to local site function teams and assist local site function teams to align corporate brand guidelines via coordinating with Asia creative hub
6. Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communications and recommend improvements.
7. Work closely with Country Communication Manager to manage local issues and crisis communication
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
Support external communication initiatives to reinforce Company’s branding presence in Taiwan (30%)
9. Support the creation of external messaging, including but not limited to country messaging, interview outline and briefing book.
10. Contribute to executive communications, event materials, and branding assets as needed.
Qualifications:
1. 3 years related working experience in marketing communications, public relations, social media, digital marketing or digital advertising roles, either in-house or at an agency is a plus
2. Fluent English proficiency and excellent copywriting skills
3. Have clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix
4. Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

【Job description】

Key Responsibilities
• developing and implementation of overall marketing strategic plan, with Principal and Board approval
• collaborating with school’s Admission staff to support school's enrollment efforts
