Skills: • speaking and writing effectively in English and Mandarin • effectively managing relationships and using active listening • collaborative and flexible • helpful, courteous, and friendly • organized and detail oriented • adapting to change in a fast-paced environment • following oral and written instructions • taking initiative and executing quality products for an on-time delivery • using modern technology at an advanced or expert level • troubleshooting and problem solving 所需技能: • 能夠有效地用英語和中文進行口頭和書面交流 • 能夠有效地管理關係並使用積極傾聽 • 具有協作精神和靈活性 • 樂於助人、有禮貌且友好 • 組織有序且注重細節 • 能夠在快節奏的環境中適應變化 • 能夠遵循口頭和書面指示 • 主動並能夠執行高質量產品以按時交付 • 能夠以高級或專家級水平使用現代科技 • 具有故障排除和問題解決能力 Key Responsibilities • developing and implementation of overall marketing strategic plan, with Principal and Board approval • collaborating with school’s Admission staff to support school's enrollment efforts • conducting market research and analysis to ensure HCAS stays relevant and competitive to current trends and developments in the international school and American school markets as well as within social media in general • developing and implementing online marketing campaign, such as Facebook with Google analytics • supporting Senior Leadership with coordination of the community Weekly Overviews • collaborating with the Administrative Leadership Team to create a marketing handbook (including but not limited to rules and procedures for promotion) as well as promotion/event calendar • developing and implementing procedures for effective marketing management (including but not limited to the maintenance of the media release forms, planning timelines for posting on the school's social media platforms and monitoring the feedback in the comments, executing the updates to the school's website, and updating annual publications) • ensuring that all marketing items are properly represented in English and Mandarin Chinese • collaborating with the Administrative Leadership Team to plan and execute school and community events/tasks, including but not limited to, WASC Action Groups, community gatherings, and after-hours activities and competitions • attending the school activities (e.g., labs, extracurriculars, athletics) and events to take the necessary pictures and videos for various marketing uses • planning and executing promotional tasks/campaigns that increase brand awareness and profitability, such as Spring and Summer Info Sessions • planning and collaborating with Heads of Department to attain and understand classroom content to make 4-7 postings a week, showcasing a different department each week • collaborating with the Data Manager to collect, store, and evaluate marketing analytics and use this to make recommendations to the Principal and present findings to the Board upon request • generating local and international partnerships that will benefit our Lion Pride • establishing and maintaining a school branding image and protocols for all staff, students and parents to follow • Collaborating with the Business class and students on select Marketing projects • collaborating with the College Counselors to manage alumni relations, creating opportunities for alumni to continue engagement in our school community • collaborating with the Administrative Leadership Team to create the school calendar for each upcoming school year • planning for and presenting at the New Student Orientation at the beginning of each academic year
