1. 主要開發專案為後端帳務與交易系統，涉及高併發與批次處理設計。 2. 需能獨立負責模組設計與開發，確保系統穩定性與可維護性。 3. 能在 AI 工具輔助下完成設計、開發與測試，並願意進行 code review、與團隊協作優化品質。 【需負責的工作內容】 1. 依據規格開發並維護 REST API 與批次任務（上傳→檢核／清洗→入庫），落實等冪、去重與重試機制。 2. 依模組邏輯進行服務分層設計（transport／service／repository／worker），撰寫具可維護性的程式碼。 3. 撰寫並維護單元測試（go test/testify）與契約測試（Postman／Newman），確保模組品質。 4. 優化常見查詢與交易流程（閱讀 Explain、加索引、避免 N+1），提升查詢效能與穩定性。 5. 與 QA、DevOps 協作，讓程式於 CI/CD 流程中穩定通過並符合發版標準。 6. 釐清並修復缺陷（能讀 log／metrics），提交具體化 PR（含設計說明與測試證據）。 7. 撰寫與維護技術文件（README、接口說明、設計備忘），確保模組邊界清晰可追蹤。 【需具備的能力】 1. 具備 3–5 年後端開發經驗，其中 Go 經驗 1.5–3 年（Gin／Fiber 其一），熟悉標準庫應用（context、net/http、sync、errors）。 2. 熟悉 MySQL 資料庫，理解交易與隔離級別（RR／RC）、索引原理與查詢優化，能閱讀與分析 EXPLAIN。 3. 具備 GORM／SQLx 其一的實務經驗，能於交易中進行批次寫入並處理唯一鍵衝突與等冪。 4. 具備基本併發與效能優化經驗，理解 goroutine、worker pool、timeout／retry、backoff 與錯誤處理。 5. 了解測試與工程化流程（go test/testify、契約測試觀念、GitHub Flow、CI／Actions）。 6. 具備可觀測性思維，能從 log／metrics／trace 中定位問題並持續改善。 7. 具備清晰文件撰寫與溝通能力，能於 PR 中說明問題、修復步驟與驗證方式。 8. 具備 AI 輔助開發能力，能針對 AI 產出內容進行審查、調整與測試落地。 【加分項目】 1. 具備批次處理或 ETL 經驗，熟悉訊息佇列（Kafka／RabbitMQ／NATS）或 Outbox Pattern。 2. 熟悉壓測工具（k6／JMeter）與可觀測性工具（OpenTelemetry metrics／logs／traces）。 3. 熟悉 Schema 版本治理（Atlas／GORM Migrate），具備零停機 migration 經驗。 4. 具備快取或併發優化經驗（Redis、查詢結果快取、讀寫分離概念）。 5. 熟悉 Windows Server／NSSM／反向代理（Apache／Nginx）之基礎運維。 6. 曾參與帳務、金流或電商等「高交易量＋對帳」等場景經驗者尤佳。 【作品證明】 請至少附其一： 1. GitHub/程式碼節選（含你主責的 PR 或設計文件）。 2. 一個你處理過的「批次或高併發」案例簡述（300–500 字，含等冪/去重/補償作法與優化前後指標）。 3. 任一查詢優化的前後 EXPLAIN 差異與做法說明。 【其他說明】 －公司期待尋找一位能獨立完成模組設計、重視程式品質並樂於協作的中階工程師。 －工作方式可結合 AI 助手進行開發，但需具備程式審查與測試驗證能力。 －薪資與條件依能力及經驗面議。
