Conduct integration testing, regular maintenance, and repair of the company’s systems in hospital operating rooms or client sites, and support international partners or hospitals with technical troubleshooting when needed. Accurately document system maintenance and troubleshooting records for internal analysis and product improvement. Conduct product training and teaching sessions for surgeons, engineers, and medical students both domestically and abroad to help them understand system functions and clinical applications. Basic English communication ability is sufficient for daily interaction and technical explanation. Be flexible with working hours and travel schedules to support domestic and overseas hospitals, training centers, or exhibitions when required.
