●Bring up new devices, perform debugging and performance tuning exercises that span multiple hardware / firmware / software teams.
●Understand software components from multiple partner teams, lead the integration of those components into the unified product codebase, and drive their continued development.
●Integrate third-party applications / libraries / frameworks on our target platforms, e.g. remote desktop service, web ssh service, web browser, .. etc.
●Collaborate with other developers to design and implement a highly usable and scalable software systems.
●Test and debug to improve the quality and performance of the software systems
●Analyze and evaluate technical tradeoffs for every decision.
●Ensure reliability, availability, and maintainability of the software.
●Architect efficient data structures and interfaces to interact with other modules.
●Conduct and/or participate in technical reviews, API design, and documentation.
●Follow engineering best practices and cooperate with overseas teams.

*AI Agent Development (40-50%)
•Build AI agents using Large Language Models (LLMs)
•Work with AI frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or Hugging Face
•Connect AI agents to computer vision tools and robot controls
•Use platforms like Nvidia Agent Studio or Autogen for UI development
•Debug and optimize AI pipelines to meet project goals
*Computer Vision (10-20%)
•Work on object detection, image segmentation, or OCR systems
•Train and optimize vision models for robotics applications
•Develop new AI vision tools as needed
*Technical Requirements:
•Programming: Strong Python and PyTorch skills
•AI Frameworks: Experience with at least 1 LLM frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Nvidia NanoLLM/Agent Studio, Autogen, n8n, etc.)
•Computer Vision: 2+years experience in CV areas ex. object detection/segmentation
•Edge Computing: Experience with Nvidia Jetson devices

Responsibilities:
Provides expert knowledge regarding the selection, evaluation, qualification and procurement of visual system in different varieties of display size applications.
Collaborates and communicates with internal and outsourced development partners about design requirements, regulatory requirements, and user needs.
Participates as a member of project team of other engineers, Program Managers, and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions for the immersive visual system products.
Experience on NPI and manufacture process. Familiar with display industry production.
EE experience to bring up the display system (including MIPI / Vx1 / eDP etc…). To review the EE design with supplier and system designer. Knowledge of HDMI and DP.
Education and Experience Required:
MS in Display Engineering, Materials Science, Optical Engineering, Physics or related field and/or equivalent experience.
Typically 5+ years experience, with 3+ years at related field.
Knowledge and Skills:
Solid knowledge in different form factor product. Such as VR/AR, Monitor, TV, AIO etc.
Display design (Array / FEOL / BEOL) and quality control
Display system hardware design.
Basic knowledge of Geometrical optics and Optical imagery.
