Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused NPI (New Product Introduction) Project Manager to lead cross-functional efforts in driving computing and networking products from concept to mass production. This role will serve as a key liaison between product management, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams, ensuring product readiness, timeline adherence, and operational excellence throughout the NPI lifecycle. The ideal candidate is process-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex project schedules, while also understanding technical requirements and operational constraints. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage end-to-end NPI project execution for server, SmartNIC, and edge computing platforms. • Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, PM, Operations, QA, Procurement) to align project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies. • Define and track NPI milestones, material readiness, and risk mitigation plans. • Ensure engineering builds, EVT/DVT/PVT stages, and to mass production are completed on time. • Drive resolution of engineering, supply chain, and production issues during ramp-up. • Prepare and maintain NPI documentation including BOMs, build plans, test plans, and change logs. • Support initial sample shipments and customer validation processes. • Act as a communication hub between internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and project transparency. • Provide regular status updates and executive reporting.
