Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement Marketing Generalist plans and programs for advertising/promotional campaigns for new and existing products or services
Conduct day to day administration of product management (planning and development), basic contact with sales team for forecasting and S&OP process ,including P&L activity and advertising R.O.I.(Return on Investment) analysis
Prioritize and manage annual marketing budget guiding day- to- day activities of marketing
Build relationships with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials
Analyse changing trends to the market through market research, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, implementing adjustments if necessary
Identify plans for promotional creation and distribution to enable the team to perform effectively
Define process for advertising/promotional campaigns and related marketing campaign costs
Analyse extensively data from reports and leading effective marketing campaigns using pre- determined KPIs
Manage data from campaigns, organisation’s databases and external data
Identify business growth by disseminating information that promotes a favourable view of Galderma’s products and services resolving queries when they arise
Manage new business opportunities acting as a liaison with
Requirements:
University degree (BS or Master) with medical or business major
At least 5 years in FMCG industrial with different marketing roles like marketing specialist and product manager, better has skin care products related management experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office, strong Excel & Powerpoint skills preferred.
Proficient English in writing and speaking.
