This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our Salesforce (SFDC) platform to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Description:
As a CRM/SFDC Architect reporting to the Sales Operations Team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our SFDC platform to meet the evolving needs of our sales organization. Your primary focus will be on CRM/SFDC consultancy, platform architecture, and managing outsourced development efforts. Key responsibilities include:
CRM/SFDC Consultancy:
• Collaborate with sales operations and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SFDC solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on SFDC best practices, customization options, and integration strategies to optimize sales processes.
• Conduct regular assessments of the SFDC platform's performance and functionality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements as needed.
Platform Architecture:
• Design and architect the SFDC platform to support complex sales workflows, data structures, and reporting requirements.
• Implement and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation to streamline sales operations and enhance user productivity.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the SFDC platform by implementing robust data governance policies and access controls.
Outsourcing Development Management:
• Manage external development partners and vendors engaged in SFDC customization, integration, and enhancement projects.
• Define project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and budget requirements for outsourced development initiatives.
• Oversee the quality assurance and testing processes for SFDC customizations developed by third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.
