Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the upgrade work in the California room during renovation, collaborating closely with the Audiovisual and Communications Coordinator.
2. Monitor and maintain AV equipment in the club, including restaurants, sports venues, Lobby and Banquet Venues.
3. Oversee the maintenance of club AV equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
4. Coordinate with external AV support vendors when additional assistance is required.
5. Manage and troubleshoot existing AV equipment to address any technical issues promptly.
6. Provide AV support for club events and private functions, ensuring that audiovisual settings meet the requirements of the event organizers and participants.
7. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the seamless integration of AV equipment into various hotel operations and activities.
