Title:SW Quality Assurance Manager Location: Hsinchu
Our client has leading technology for storage/ sever design company. Our client provides high advanced technology development to the market. They are looking for SW QA managerial talent for their production management.
Managing a Quality Assurance team, design and execute test plans, scenarios and scripts
With good strategy to plan test schedules or strategies in accordance for project development.
Provide sales and marketing with the metrics and tools necessary to successfully position our company for future growth.
Champion the companywide efforts to continuously improve processes/systems.
Provide leadership for strategic quality planning.
Drive companywide quality requirements
Provide the focal point for resolution of customer issues.
Provide focus for consistent practices and procedures..
Good at motivating and skilled people manager responsible for managing a team of Firmware, Client and Cloud QA test engineers
Bachelor degree above, related with computing Science or engineering background.
Quality Assurance experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, Firmware and/or Client Testing.
Experience successfully applying agile/scrum methodology to develop and execute software test plans including continuous integration and test driven development, familiar with networking device is plus
With good people leadership management skills
Strongly developed English written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
