✓ In charge of all-things-digital & social media and develop Gizmospring's marketing strategy globally to promote brand awareness
✓ Responsible for successful social media campaigns and content, monitoring the performance and providing insights for optimization
✓ Measure and report performance of all digital & social media marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
✓ Collaborate with product team to identify market trends and insights
Plan and execute all market & PR relate online / offline events
★Who you are ★
✓ 5y + of marketing (digital and social media ) and PR experience.
✓ Excellence in English.
✓ Experience in consumer goods / FMCG
✓ Solid knowledge of online analytics tools
✓ Experience with working with graphic designers
✓ Great communication and coordination skills
✓ Proactive team player who has excellent can-do attitude

1.Establishing procurement strategy to achieve the business plan.
2.Managing procurement index, developing KPI to achieve procurement target and analyzing the cause and establishing countermeasures.

Product marketing is responsible for strategy & key directive for the business as well as engaging internal stakeholders such as Trade, Marketing, Service, PR and Sales Team towards achieving business objective.
1.Set business goals and objective and align with company overall direction
2.Plan and strategize new product launches, marketing program and channel support programs to drive sell out
3.Responsible for seeing through the marketing activation, tracking responses and sell through results of consumer promotions.
1.Manage product life-cycle.
2.Develop key product strategy and sales plan towards gaining market share and profitability of the business Market
1.Analysis and understand market trend to identify product gaps & business opportunities to grow market share.
2.Conduct Consumer/ Market Research and mapping of competition activities.
1.Formulate pricing strategy with P&L consideration
2.Mapping / pin-to-pin comparison
3.Manage trade spend and cost to serve
Consolidate all PM related reports , co-work with supporting fucntions delivery market result to RHQ/HQ.
1. Contact person of validation function to customer.
2. Coordination between different functional teams and internal departments.
3. Analyze validation requirements of projects in RFQ stage.
4. Integrate, review & check test plans, cases which prepared by test engineers.
5. Provide advice from validation perspective at project review meeting.
6. Escalate the validation requirements which related to Software, Hardware, Resources to Project Manager or Test Manager.
7. Defect managements
8. Track / update validation progress, results, status / dashboard
9. Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents
10. Coordination and improve the communication with cross function teams and customer.
11. Control the Testing Quality and schedule, follow the development process and the entry/exit criteria of each development stage.
