【Responsibility for the role】
1. Documentation and Reporting
- Create a report/dashboard by fiscal period and prepare the presentation for the Manager with the summarizing skill to make the Manager can get the key point immediately.
- Analyze financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
-Assist Manager in annual budget planning to ensure the budget is aligned with the business plan and responsible for verifying whether the budget is in control.
- Prepare the presentation for company annual meeting.
-Perform ad hoc financial analysis as required to support decision making.
- Researching various topics to provide information and insight to the Manager.
2. Support business success by mechanism enhancement and execution
- Lead cross-department/regional team projects to support country leaders in organization operations and ensure the project performance is aligned with expectations.
-Ensuring the implementation of organizational management mechanisms works and based on the situation provides suggestions to adjust the organization's discipline for Manager.
- Leverage the resource from HQ to the regional sales team to ensure operations continued smoothly.
- Serving as a contact for the Sales team to assist/implement various projects related to the business processes.
3. Administrations
- Attending high-level meetings with country leaders and taking the minutes for executing/following up on the action items.
- Assist in negotiating, communicating, and coordinating with cross-department and external customers
【Requirements】
If you are
1. Capable of creating reports/dashboards with multiple parameters and excellent readability.
2. A logical thinker who has the capability of reviewing existing sales processes to figure out solutions for improving sales operations.
3. A quick learner who is willing to pick up new skills, tools, and acknowledgment for analysis, reporting, and new technologies.
4. Good at troubleshooting in various scenarios and love to face challenges.
5. Have the ability to multi-task and be proficient in adapting work priorities based on actual situations.6.
6. Good at self-motivated, detail-oriented, and positive would be a plus.
7. The ability of confidentiality is required.
If you have
1. A minimum of 4 years experience in Accounting, Finance, and Business Management related.
2. Experience in the Cloud Service, IT, and Software industry is a plus.
3. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and Business Management.
4. Fluency in written and verbal English.
5. Strong data processing skills and familiarity with Excel functions. Knowledge of Power BI would be a plus.
