《About this Role》
作為業務助理將擔任支援業務內勤作業與產品庫存管理作業的重責大任,需與業務緊密合作,以達成業務的銷售目標。
As a Sales Support, you will be responsible for supporting business back-office operations and product inventory management operations. You will need to work closely with the business to achieve business goals.
《About Responsibilities》
> 50% of your workload will be on dealing with the sales and aftersales operations:
1. [支援產品電商上架與線上銷售]
協助電商業務上架商品、介紹商品、提供解決方案、回覆商品相關問題。
Assist with e-commerce tasks including listing products, introducing products, providing solutions, and responding to product-
related inquiries.
2. [業務訂單處理]
協助業務進行系統訂單作業流程:登打銷售單、發票開立、催收帳款。
Assist in the business process of system order operations: entering sales orders, issuing invoices, and following up on
accounts receivable.
3. [業務作業流程SOP]
編寫業務作業流程 SOP 標準文件作為內部控制規範。
Write standard operating procedure (SOP) documents for business operations as internal control standards.
4. [產品售後服務處理]
與業務、產品團隊一同負責售後服務處理,包含退換貨處理流程、產品使用教學、產品問題協助...等。
Work together with the sales and product teams to handle after-sales service, including processes for returns and
exchanges, product usage tutorials, and assistance with product issues, among others.
5. [客戶資料整理]
協助業務人員整理客戶資料 CRM 系統(如:公司基本資料、交易記錄、問題處理狀況)。
Assist sales personnel in organizing customer data in the CRM system (e.g., company basic information, transaction
records, issue handling status).
6. [文件整理]
協助事業部門進行文件歸檔整理
Assist the business department in organizing document archiving.
7.[其他交辦事項]協助主管其他的交辦事項。
Assisting the manager with other assigned tasks.

8. [貨物進出口報關處理]
提供相關進出口文件給貨代,並確保貨運運送流程順暢,且不造成額外成本。
Provide relevant import and export documents to the freight forwarder, ensuring smooth shipping processes without
incurring additional costs.
9. [貨物管理]
負責貨物的庫存盤點,進出貨入帳作業等流程。以確保公司貨物資產與系統一致。
Responsible for inventory stocktaking, inbound and outbound shipment booking processes, etc., to ensure consistency
between company inventory assets and the system.
10. [出貨作業]
負責貨物的出貨與資料準備,確保所有出貨商品均處於良好狀態,並附有完整的使用說明。
Responsible for the shipment of goods and preparation of documentation, ensuring that all shipped products are in good
condition and come with comprehensive user instructions.
