[PURPOSE]:
- To provide face to face / digital training to individual Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) in optical stores to build ECP partnership with company.
- Advise ECP on successful practice of contact lenses
- Enable ECPs the skill-set in providing professional consultation specific to contact lens patients’ needs.
- Equip ECPs’ knowledge in product superiority coupled with effective communication and fitting skill
- Activate ECPs in patient education of product usage to ensure safety
- PAC will be the driving force to develop ECPs professionalism in prescribing best fitting patient needs
[KEY ACCOUNTABILITY]:
- Develop partnership with ECP through regular visitation of optical outlets & training seminar to understand ECP need, advice on successful practice and help ECP prescribe contact lenses
- Assist, coordinate and collaborate with internal JJVC teams and external partners to design, build and execute training curriculum
- Provide quality ECP training in alignment with JJVC guidelines
- Collect feedback from ECP to enhance training effectiveness
- Meet with relevant parties to gather ECP insights and training needs.
- Provide professional, clinical and communication training to target audiences
- Responsible for PAC smooth & effective execution
- Assist in the development of post training educational and PR material
- Assist in compiling and analysing PAC training & follow up result; complete PAC monthly and quarterly report.
